2026 MANA Virtual Symposium - Metabolomics Meets AI
The goal of this symposium is to highlight emerging applications of AI in metabolomics, and help researchers prepare for the field’s future. There will be 2 sessions for the symposium on April 2nd, 2026:
10:00 am - 12:30 pm EST:
Introduction to AI/ML and context for its use
Applications of AI/ML for scientific discoveries - learn what is possible with AI in metabolomics, beyond currently mainstream applications
1:30-3 pm EST:
Standards and evaluation of AI - learn about expectations for AI models in metabolomics, including evaluation and reliability
In true MANA spirit, the symposium will be interactive, with panel discussions for each session and opportunities for the audience to specify unfilled needs that could be solved through AI/ML advances.
